YourChat is a SaaS website chat platform.

Website operators can create an account, obtain a unique chat code, and embed it into their site. Enabling instant and easy communication with their customers through their own chat window embedded on their homepage.

Users can send messages to the operator, who can respond in real-time through the operator dashboard. It is a simple and effective way to enhance customer support.

This application is built with ExpressJs, NextJS (React), Postgres, and Tailwind, consisting of three main parts.

Operator dashboard for managing and responding to user chats.
Embedded chat window for customer interactions.
Backend server for user management and database operations.

This demo requires using both client parts of the application.

Click Login on the left to access the operator dashboard using the provided username and password.
Notice the purple box at the bottom right corner; this is the chat window embedded with a unique code.
Click the purple box to open the chat window and start chatting.
Use this dashboard to respond to messages in the chat window.
